What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable C# APIs and backend services.
• Work with Mongo
  
  DB and SQL Server for data modeling, querying, and performance optimization.
• Ensure service reliability and performance by managing SLAs, monitoring, and alerting.
• Collaborate with UI developers and support cross‑functional feature delivery.
• Maintain and improve unit test coverage and participate in code reviews.
• Manage UAT environments, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git Hub.
• Monitor application health and performance using Datadog.
• Contribute to Dev Ops practices and automation for backend services.

What’s required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET Core and RESTful API development.
• Strong experience with Mongo
  
  DB and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Redis, Kafka, and event‑driven architectures.
• Experience with Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, and CI/CD workflows.
• Exposure to Datadog or similar observability platforms.
• Basic understanding of Angular or Node.js is a plus, but not required.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
