Responsibilities
Ensure quality, traceability and timely delivery of all project documents.
Control & Monitor critical documentation processes.
Ensure use of standardized, consistent processes and tools across packages.
Ensure overview of documents in the master documents register.
Assure proper and timely communication of document management requirements and responsibilities for technical and non-technical documentation to project team.
Implement best practices and lessons learned for document management, tools and processes.
Provide reports on Document progress when required
Management and control of BLP Share Point
EXPERIENCE
Experience of using Aconex for document management with contractors would be highly desirable
Relevant education or equivalent experience3 years as project documentation controller and/or QA/QC roles in engineering or construction projects
Documented ability with EDMSAbility and interest to deep dive into complex analytical topics, interpreting and processing technical information making it easier to communicate in various audiences
