- $65,000 – $75,000 per year, depending on experience
- Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary financial information and address tax-related questions.
- Perform account reconciliations and assist with general ledger maintenance and financial statement preparation.
- Support senior accountants and managers during audit engagements as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in public accounting, with exposure to both tax preparation and general accounting, preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP and current tax regulations.
- Proficiency with accounting and tax preparation software (e.g., Quick Books, CCH Pro System, Ultra Tax).
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and client communication skills.
- CPA or actively working toward CPA certification is a significant plus.
