About the roleAn opportunity is now available for a talented and motivated Service Coordinator to join the Service team based in Warwick Farm, NSW on a permanent full-time basis. This role will become a vital key member in our Service Department with a key focus to manage and allocate service request in accordance with our procedures and contracted service agreements.
Reporting to the NSW Service Manager, the responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Provide professional and timely customer service when dealing with queries and service requests.
- Manage service requests to meet productivity, efficiency, and other Service targets.
- Coordinate and allocate service requests/tasks to ensure the most effective utilisation of Service staff.
- Track and maintain service request status and other details, such as customer records, in SAP.
- Conduct administrative tasks such as service contracts, work orders, purchase orders, invoice processing, payment handling, etc.
- Assist with stocktake, internal audits and ARCtick compliance.
- Previous experience with administrative & customer service.
- Confident in using or willing to learn SAP and Service Max.
- Ability to handle complex situations in a timely and calm manner.
- Self‑drive, initiative and willingness to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
