Automated Business Solutions has been providing businesses throughout RI, MA & CT with Office Equipment Solutions and IT Services for over 30 years. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Office Professional to provide expert administrative and contract management support to our valued clients and team. This role is critical to our operations and requires someone who thrives in a collaborative environment while managing complex customer relationships independently.
This position is based in our Warwick, RI office and involves extensive telephone communication with our existing customer base - high-volume client interaction focused on service excellence and relationship management, not sales.

Objectives of this role- Invoice and manage the entire contract lifecycle, in a way that is neutral, beneficial and fair to both parties involved
- Quote and execute contracts upon request
- Ensure that all contracts are in compliance of the signed agreement
- Perform periodic reviews and run reports of the contracts in place. Provide resolution services whenever a situation arises
- Educate the clients on their responsibilities, as per the conditions on the contract
- Quote, invoice, monitor, and review new and existing contracts
- Provide essential contract management services by resolving conflicts and monitoring and renewing contracts
- Manage Dealer to Dealer contracts
- Review the performance of the contract and report on contracts that are outside of benchmarks
- Prepare reports and documentation on the contract performance and run them by the senior contract manager (if any)
- Update and revise contracts as seen fit for both ABS & Clientele
- Communicate with employees and clients on the status of contracts
- Accuracy and high attention to detail

- Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook

- Experience with e-Automate a plus
- Familiarity with basic office equipment and technology
