Devereux is a nationally recognized organization dedicated to helping children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders.

We are looking for a passionate Foster Care Recruiter/Program Coordinator who will be responsible for recruitment, assessment, selection, pre‑service training, licensing, re‑licensing, and ongoing support of therapeutic foster homes.

• Recruit foster families and conduct home visits and documentation.
• Ensure homes meet code and program standards, including relicensing and pre‑service training.
• Assess, select, and coordinate pre‑service training for foster families.
• Maintain knowledge of foster care system and case management procedures.
• Build rapport with children, families, and staff.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, or Psychology.
• Minimum one year experience working with children, adolescents, and families; preferably in a child‑placement setting.
• MAPS Trainer Certification preferred; willing to acquire it upon hire.
• Experience facilitating trainings and recruitment activities.
• Experience preparing home studies.
• Basic computer literacy and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• $1,000 sign‑on bonus.

Hourly rate starts at $22.00 and can increase up to $25.58 based on education and experience.

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm.
