- Deliver online and in-person system training
- Support customer onboarding & data set-up
- Keep CRM/helpdesk records accurate
- Build relationships that support customer retention
- Strong IT/web skills + problem-solving mindset
- Confident communication & great attention to detail
- Customer-first attitude and a calm, professional phone manner
- A knowledge and passion for golf is essential
- Positive, proactive, and comfortable in a small, busy team
