Overview

Customer Service Representative at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Providence, RI. Earn a base salary of $35,000 plus performance‑based commission and bonuses. All leads are inbound – no cold calling required. Receive hands‑on training and clear expectations in a supportive, team‑driven environment.

• Base salary: $35,000 annually
• Commission on all personal sales: 0.75%
• Higher commission rates on select products: up to 7.5%
• Monthly bonus opportunities for key performance goals
• Additional bonus for customer satisfaction
• Potential total earnings exceed $55,000 for high performers

• 120 hours PTO yearly, awarded on day one

• Monday‑Friday 8:30 am‑5 pm
• Every other Saturday 8 am‑noon
• Full‑time position

• Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries
• Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
• Input information into proprietary move software to provide accurate estimates and schedule moves
• Handle customer concerns calmly, displaying professionalism
• Prepare move‑related documents as needed

• Minimum 1 year sales and/or customer service experience; inbound sales, call center, retail sales, or similar sales‑driven experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, helpful)
