What You'll Be Doing

As a Support Specialist, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact who helps clients and team members find solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent service and support to clients, partners, and team members

Who We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience - just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a desire to help others.

Ideal Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus)
  • 1-3 years of customer service, support, or office experience - or a strong interest in starting your career in this space
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
  • A team-player mindset and eagerness to learn
