Warwick, RI (must be within a 50-mile radius)

Virtual Role with In-Person Training

Duration:
Full duration of in-office training from Nov 9 - Dec 18

Must be available for shifts between 8 AM and 11 PM ET, Monday through Friday

Enhance and strengthen relationships between the customer and company

Perform responsibilities in a consistent, professional manner while displaying superior interpersonal and service skills

Service customers by responding to requests via telephone

Research and respond to requests and discuss options regarding various aspects of the policy and procedures

Assist with site access and refer requests for other policy modifications to appropriate areas

1-2 years of customer service experience; call center experience preferred

Intermediate computer literacy/proficiency

Ability to multi-task and operate multiple screens while speaking with customers

Experience with Microsoft Office preferred

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Strong knowledge of troubleshooting for different browsers and clearing cookies and cache

Experience accessing and navigating up to 10 electronic systems

Professional and engaging phone voice with a true desire to help people

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to work in a team environment and independently from home

Ability to generate innovative ideas for process improvements
