About the Role:

Lime Hospitality is looking for an experienced Front of House Team Member to support our prestigious clients across Leamington Spa, Warwick, and Stratford-upon-Avon. This is a fantastic opportunity for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are seeking flexible, ongoing work.

As the face of our clients' venues, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment for guests, visitors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests and visitors.

Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Maintain high standards of presentation within front of house areas.

Assist with guest enquiries and provide information when required.

Support daily operations and ensure a smooth guest experience.

Represent Lime Hospitality and our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Requirements:

Previous Front of House experience is essential.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Professional, reliable, and well-presented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexible and proactive approach to work.

A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, as shifts may be across multiple locations.
