Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. They boast a great company culture, bonus eligibility, and weekly pay!
Salary/Hourly Rate:$20/hr
Position Overview:The Customer Service Representative will answer inbound calls from customers, troubleshoot concerns, and elevate to the appropriate parties. The hours will fluctuate, totaling a 40-hour work week. Candidates must be able to work on Saturdays.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:- The Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding their vehicles.
- Transfer calls to appropriate parties, set appointments, and maintain follow-ups.
- Assist walk-in customers as needed.
- Update the CRM system with proper customer documentation.
- Candidates must have at least 1 year of Customer Service experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as retail or food service.
- Ability to de-escalate upset customers and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- High school diploma is required.
