Are you a patient-focused, energetic Registered Dental Hygienist looking to join a collaborative team? We are seeking an RDH committed to providing exceptional, gentle care and promoting lifelong oral health.

• Clinical Care Excellence: Deliver thorough hygiene treatment, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing, using gentle techniques. Administer local anesthetics and apply cavity‑preventive agents like fluorides and sealants as permitted by state law.

  Education:
  
  Act as a primary educator, counseling patients on proper oral hygiene and nutrition, and helping to manage patient anxiety during treatment.
• Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate periodontal charts, medical histories, and treatment records. Securely manage patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office policies.
• Operatory & Inventory Management: Efficiently manage operatory duties, including room turnover, disinfection, sterilization of instruments, and daily preparation. Maintain hygiene supply inventory and submit orders.

• Licensure: Must be currently licensed to practice as a Dental Hygienist in the state, meeting all applicable state requirements.
• Education: Completion of at least two years of post‑secondary education from an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Experience: Proven experience in providing prophylaxis and taking X‑rays is required.
