An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Target Optical (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Target Optical Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. As an Associate of a Subleasing Doctor, you operate the Doctors office and provide high quality optometric care and service to patients. The terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.

• Provide optometric care within the practice model negotiated with the Subleasing Doctor.
• Maintain professional autonomy to care for patients, with full scope predicated on professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor.
• Offer flexible scheduling, including part-time commitments or the option to add work to an existing practice schedule.
• Work in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment.
• Utilize available practice tools such as Revolution EHR software and support staff as applicable.
• Use an automated online appointment book and patient recall system where available.

Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctor's office. This independent practice model establishes how terms, pay and hours are set.

Employee pay is determined by factors including geography, experience, qualifications and local minimum wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered, supplementing a total rewards package.
