We are seeking an EMC Compliance and Product Safety Engineer. This position focuses on ensuring global regulatory compliance, product safety, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). The role will be part of a growing IoT company making innovative solutions in electronics and electromechanical systems.

• Conduct EMC testing and manage certifications for electronic and electromechanical systems.
• Guide products through compliance processes, from initial design to final certification, ensuring adherence to safety and EMC standards.
• Gather and prepare product samples and documentation for testing.
• Offer technical expertise throughout the certification lifecycle.
• Communicate test outcomes and certification updates to project teams.
• Maintain an organized database of compliance records and documentation.
• Ensure accuracy of regulatory documents and submissions.
• Contribute to the development of internal compliance processes and testing protocols.
• Mentor engineering teams on compliance and certification best practices.
• Support audits to verify product compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Electrical Engineering strongly preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance or product testing.
• Familiarity with UL, CSA, and IEC standards; knowledge of UL/IEC 60730, UL 1563, or UL/IEC 60335 is advantageous.
• Expertise in EMC testing and mitigation techniques; experience with PCB layout or shielding design is a plus.
