Team Leader; NBIS Bridge Inspection

Steere is seeking a Professional Engineer to perform National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS) bridge inspections as a Team Leader. The successful candidate will be experienced in NBIS bridge inspection or have a Professional Engineer’s license in RI, CT or MA, and will have the leadership and organizational skills necessary to lead and manage a team of bridge inspectors for all types of bridges.

• Perform bridge inspections
• Management of inspectors performing inspections
• Assist in preparing/reviewing inspection reports in accordance with various state requirements
• Project budget and schedule involvement
• Coordination and meetings with traffic control and equipment rental

• 3-5 years of NBIS bridge inspection experience or Professional Engineer’s license in RI, MA or CT
• Desire to work with a spirit of teamwork to help build the company
