• Research and collect site specific information and perform site investigative due diligence.
• Review local municipal, county, and federal ordinances and regulations.
• Design and draft land development concept plans for a variety of projects including commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
• Perform site design work including site layouts, grading, water and sanitary sewer utility design, and roadway design.
• Perform stormwater detention analysis and earth work analysis.
• Prepare permit applications and engineering reports.
• Perform quantity take-offs and construction cost estimates.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
• 1‑5+ years of experience in Civil Engineering, preferably land development or water resources.
• EIT or PE license preferred but non‑licensed candidates will be considered.
• Knowledge of drafting site plans, grading, drainage and stormwater management, and erosion and sediment control highly preferred.
• Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D required.
