We are seeking experienced
Mortgage Originators in Northern Rhode Island to join our lending team. Washington Trust offers our mortgage professionals a comprehensive product menu, an expansive portfolio lending program and rapid turn‑around from a great Operations team, which truly differentiates us from the competition.

We are looking for independent, dynamic, and energetic sales-oriented professionals. Mortgage Loan Originators need proficient mortgage industry knowledge in order to originate loans and develop realtor and business contacts.

Additional requirements include:

• Outside sales mortgage origination experience with a proven record of developing networks, attracting new clients, and sales delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry, products, lending practices and guidelines
• Ability to grow through referral networks to a minimum average monthly production goal of $1M
• Strong communication, networking, and analytical skills
• Excellent marketing skills a plus
  - Market to realtors, builders, referral partners
• NMLS registration
• Fluency in Spanish and English languages preferred
