Join a talented team of individuals who serve our nation by caring for our heroes. Clay Consulting is looking to hire Psychologists to perform one-time, in-person Behavioral Health Examinations for veterans and active‑duty military personnel.

As a disability examiner, you will apply your expertise in the evaluation and diagnosis of psychological health conditions. You will gather and synthesize clinical evidence through medical and military record reviews, interviews with veterans, and face‑to‑face examinations. You will develop a medical opinion regarding the likelihood that a veteran’s condition is related to their military service, ensuring that their claim is heard and processed by the VBA.

• Conduct a biopsychosocial exam of the claimant.
• Conduct psychological, developmental, and cognitive‑deficit assessments including test administration and interpretation.
• Prepare intake summaries and case summaries; maintain confidential records.
• Chart claimants’ treatment and progress in accordance with state, federal, and facility regulations and guidelines and in keeping with accepted community standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

• Doctorate degree in Psychology (Ph.D., PsyD).
• Graduate of an APA‑accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted psychologist license in the state.
• Knowledge of psychological testing techniques, administration, and interpretation.
