Northeast Family Services is hiring Fee‑for‑Service Board Certified Behavior Analysts
. FEE‑FOR‑SERVICE – a truly flexible position that allows you to make a schedule that works for you.
Full‑time weekly billable minimum of only 26 hours.

Key Responsibilities

The BCBA will be responsible for completing behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, providing family consultations and trainings, supervising behavior technicians, and delivering direct treatment with a focus on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction. The BCBA is responsible for completion of all required documentation pursuant to ongoing treatment, including, but not limited to development of instructional programs; data collection, graphing, and analysis;

writing of progress reports; and development of behavior support plans.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or PhD, with completion of BACB‑approved behavior analytic coursework
  • Current BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB
  • Current LABA preferred
  • Minimum of two years of related clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism, Developmental Disabilities, and/or behavioral challenges
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
  • Availability to work morning, after‑school, and evening hours
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Experience in applied settings, developing and implementing behavioral interventions preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • A compassionate approach to care
  • Experience administering functional behavior assessments and behavior skills assessments
  • Proficient with word processing and graphing software
  • Current with best practices and developments within the field of ABA

Compensation
  • Fee‑for‑Service: starting at $60 per hour
  • Full‑time: salary starting at $65,000
  • Incentive rate $48 per hour over productivity
