Job Title:
Outbound CSC / Telemarketer

Position Comments:
The position is primarily Monday-Friday, with rotational Saturdays. Outbound calling is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay Rate: $14.00/hour

Contract: 6 months

This is for our outbound team, which partners with our Auto & Home Sales team.

The goal is to make outbound calls to individuals, some of whom have shown recent interest in our products, and transfer them to licensed sales agents to sell our Auto & Home products.

The training will consist of 1 week of classroom training and 1 week of nesting.

The hours for training and several weeks afterward will be Monday-Friday, 9 am-5:30 pm.

Post-training, you will be assigned to a rotational shift comprising 3 base shifts, 1 mid shift, 1 late night, and possibly rotational Saturdays. Shifts will be 8.5 hours within 9 am-9 pm. Saturday shifts will be 9 am-5:30 pm.
