Technology Lead – Java Frameworks and Specifications, Spring, Strut

We are seeking a Technology Lead with experience in Java Frameworks and Specifications, Spring, and Strut. The role is full-time and located in Warwick, RI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Alternatively, we will consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred qualifications include:

• At least 4 years of experience with Java and related technologies.
• At least 4 years of experience in Java, Spring, JSP, Hibernate, and Restful or SOAP web services.
• At least 1 year of experience with Angular
  
  JS.
• Knowledge of XML and related technologies (such as DOM, SAX, XPATH, JAXB, XML Beans, and XSLT).
• Knowledge of JavaScript for web-based client/server application development.
• Experience with build automation tools (e.g., Maven, Ant).
• Experience leading a team.
• Exposure to Agile methodology of project execution.
• Experience in the Life Insurance domain.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
