In-House Litigation Attorney

Epic is looking for an exceptional litigator and counselor to join our legal team at the Madison, WI campus. This role requires relocation to the Madison area and offers financial relocation assistance.

As an In-House Litigation Attorney, you’ll help Epic navigate legal risks as it expands its offerings in an exciting and rapidly changing industry. You will manage litigation and regulatory matters and counsel Epic on its approach to an evolving competitive landscape. Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and grow rapidly.

• 3-7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Experience with competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Attention to detail, creative mindset, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Relocation to Madison, WI is required and fully reimbursed.
• COVID-19 vaccination.
