Job Description
Marinosci Law Group, P.C., a national law firm specializing in all areas of the foreclosure process, is seeking an extremely pleasant and customer-oriented individual to fill our Receptionist position at our Warwick, RI office.
The successful candidate will be professional, pleasant, courteous, likes dealing with people, as well as dependable and trustworthy. If you describe yourself as self-motivated, detail-oriented, extremely organized and a multi-tasker, then we need to talk.
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of Receptionist experience
- Strong computer skills
- Must focus on details and accuracy while achieving high productivity
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Communicate daily in a professional manner with clients and colleagues
- Ability to build positive relationships with other team members and members of the organization
- Eager to learn new tasks and contribute to every aspect of the goals of the team
- Bilingual is a plus
