** About the Role
** We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic and operational projects that drive transformation across Baxi. You will manage projects end-to-end, ensuring on time delivery, within scope, and on budget, while adding real value to the business. The ability to manage digital change and the impacts on the operation; people and process, will be core to this role.

Having the ability to translate complex requirements, issues, or situations into simple to understand communication is also essential.
** What You will Do*
* · Deliver projects from initiation to completion, including planning, resource coordination, and progress tracking.
· Monitor milestones, risks, and budgets, providing clear updates to stakeholders.
· Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and smooth implementation.
· Identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings within Baxi Group operations.
· Facilitate communication across teams to support change and innovation.
** What We’re Looking For*
* · Experience in successfully leading and delivering process, people and culture, and digital projects.
· Ideally within a complex business environment and recognised Project Management qualifications.
· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
· Excellent communicator and team worker, with outstanding stakeholder management abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
