Job Location:

Vishay Electro Films, Warwick, Rhode Island. This is an on‑site position at the 57,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility.

• Set up and operate pick and place machines.
• Approve finished products by confirming specifications.
• Enter all pertinent information into production logs and complete work travelers and routers.
• Conduct visual inspections of pick‑and‑placed parts.
• Work with microscopes as needed.
• Read blueprints and interpret production orientation specifications.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and follow safety regulations.
• Read internal process instructions.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent (required).
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination and finger dexterity (required).
• Demonstrated experience handling small and fragile parts.
• Continuous improvement attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, with a strong sense of personal ownership and a team attitude.
