* Leading the planning, execution, and optimisation of CRM campaigns across multiple business units
* Building and managing customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance engagement and retention
* Developing segmented, data-driven communications and automated triggers based on customer behaviour
* Owning the customer lifecycle strategy, from acquisition through to loyalty and advocacy

*** Proven hands-on experience developing CRM campaigns and collaborating across teams to align with wider business goals
* Confidence in building trigger-based and lifecycle journeys (e.g. onboarding, retention, lapsing) to drive customer engagement

* Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with a collaborative, proactive mindset and passion for fast-paced environments
