Kent Hospital, a 360‑bed teaching hospital, is part of Care New England, a top non‑profit health system in RI and southeastern MA, and is seeking an Advanced Practice Caregiver to join our dynamic Geriatrics and Palliative Care Team.

• BC NP/AGPCNP or PA‑C with a CAQ in geriatrics preferred
• Passionate about teamwork, teaching, and high‑quality patient‑centered care

• Outpatient primary care and consultative practice located adjacent to Kent Hospital
• Patient population: geriatrics ages 65+, appointments range from 30‑60 minutes
• Scope of practice: primary care, h&ps, develop and implement treatment plans for a variety of conditions, cognitive evaluations, mobility management, pre‑operative geriatric assessment through our Geriatric Surgery Verification program
• Option for some time to be spent on our ACE inpatient unit at Kent Hospital
• Collaborate on system‑wide Age Friendly initiatives
• Minimum 1 year experience

• Only Geriatric ED accredited hospital in RI (ACEP Silver Level 2)
