Travel Step Down RN – Days | Warwick, RI

Seeking an experienced Step Down RN with a strong ICU background for an exciting travel nursing opportunity in Warwick, Rhode Island.

Assignment Details

• Shift: 3x12 Days | 7:00 AM–7:30 PM

Requirements

• Active Rhode Island RN license or authorization to practice in Rhode Island
• Previous ICU experience REQUIRED
• Epic EMR experience REQUIRED
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Experience managing high-acuity patients
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience

• Step Down or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience
• Continuous cardiac monitoring
• Complex patient care management

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Step Down patients
• Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and responses to treatment
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic
• Ensure patient safety and quality care

Candidates must have both ICU and Epic experience to be considered.
