Position Details

Role: Veterinary Receptionist
Status: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive and based on experience and skill set
Schedule: 5 days per week. Rotating AM/PM shifts and every other Saturday

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll help keep the front desk organized and ensure clients feel supported from their first phone call through the end of their visit. You’ll:

  • Warmly greet clients and check in patients
  • Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently
  • Accurately enter and maintain client and patient information
  • Process payments and handle invoices
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding services, policies, and their pets’ needs
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and lobby area
  • Assist with administrative responsibilities
  • Support the veterinary team as needed to help keep the day running smoothly

What You’ll Bring

  • Prior experience in a veterinary or medical reception setting
