• Graduate from our Agent Launch program, attending a 86‑day intensive that covers everything you need to succeed.
• Work with sellers to conduct listing appointments, convert leads, and market properties.
• Provide detailed written feedback on clients’ search criteria.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your clients.
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week, make appointments, and convert prospects.
• Conduct at least three open houses each month.
• Participate in team activities, weekly group coaching, and partner calls.
• Track tasks and activities using PLACE technology.

• Real Estate license.
• People‑oriented, driven, and positive attitude.
• Willingness to drive extensively and show up to the office 3+ days a week.
• Strong communicator with excellent time‑management skills.
• Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and overcome objections.
• Desire to grow personally and professionally and give back to the community.
• High school graduate, coachable, and ambitious.

A car, a laptop, and a phone are required.
