Buyer’s Agent – Real Estate Advisor

- Assist clients in identifying and purchasing residential properties that meet their needs and budget.
- Conduct thorough market research and provide clients with up‑to‑date information on available properties.
- Schedule and accompany clients on property showings and open houses.
- Negotiate purchase offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms.
- Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and answer questions throughout the buying process.
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends, zoning regulations, and financing options to advise clients effectively.
- Current real estate license for Rhode Island or Connecticut.
- Strong negotiating, communicating, and connecting with people.
- Comfortable using real estate CRM tools and MLS platforms.
- Detail‑focused with good organization and time management skills.
- Able to work well on your own and with a team.
- Dedicated to delivering excellent client service and building lasting relationships.
- Knowledgeable about local, state, and federal real estate rules.
- Dependable transportation and a flexible schedule to meet client needs.
