- Team Member Roles:

- Learn the basics of the menu, food safety and sanitation, and grow your career.
- Become a server, cashier, cook, and delivery driver or start working towards becoming a Shift Leader.
- The skies are the limit when it comes to your career at Papa Gino’s.
- As a Cashier: Greet guests energetically, listen to their needs, suggest items, and process orders accurately while handling credit cards, rewards cards, and cash with focus and precision.
- As a Cook: Prepare and present food according to company specifications; be trained on equipment and tools to ensure quality.
- As a Shift Leader: Take a leadership role, assist the General Manager, schedule team members, assist with inventory control, and manage cash handling and staff training.
