Our restaurant, Bond Brothers Kitchen & Bar, inside RDU airport is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable bartender to join our team!

The ideal candidate should be able to create a wide variety of drinks and provide exceptional hospitality. As a bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks to guests.

• Greet guests and provide drink menus
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks in a timely manner
• Check the identification of guests to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
• Make recommendations and provide knowledge about the menu and drinks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that guests have a positive experience
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management

• Previous experience as a bartender in a fast‑paced restaurant or bar setting is required
• Extensive knowledge of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks and mixology techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 21 years of age
