We’re on the search for a Sales Associate that will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in a visually appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return, demonstrating product knowledge and customer service skills
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure assigned areas meet visual standards
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote add-on sales with benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry
• Maintain the stock room organization and keep the store tidy
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals
• Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader

• Previous retail experience; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds
