• On the sales floor: Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
• Proactively engage with customers, read cues and respond effectively
• Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
• Convert returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales

• At the cash wrap: Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage additional purchases
• Recover cash wrap selling zone and "go-backs"

• Processing and replenishment: Process merchandise to be floor ready and maintain back room and under stock to brand standards
• Replenish merchandise to brand standards on the sales floor
• Assist with projects such as markdowns, re-tickets, and out-of-stock items

• Floorset activity: Execute floorset proficiently
• Understand and adhere to brand standards
• Assist with maintenance of back room and under stock

• Drive top-line store sales results and grow the business
• Maintain focus on bras as the premier product differentiator
• Prepare for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures
• Recover and replenish merchandise
• Understand and adhere to visual merchandising standards
• Assist in housekeeping and report maintenance issues

• This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, walking and prolonged standing

Salary

Minimum: $16.00 per hour

Maximum: $19.25 per hour
