Position:Inside Sales Specialist
We are currently seeking a full-time Inside Sales Specialist to join our stellar team who aligns with our mission, is passionate about the IT industry and converting prospects into happy clients.
Responsibilities- Follow up on the leads coming into our office.
- Cold call and schedule appointments with prospects.
- Field questions and follow up on inquiries.
- Send out information packages.
- Assist in maintaining the integrity of the company’s database.
- And other lead generation activities.
- You must have experience in successfully scheduling appointments and/or other relevant phone sales experience. Please only apply if you meet these criteria.
- You MUST be a US citizen (sorry, no exceptions).
- Loves a faster-paced, NO DRAMA environment where office politics, backstabbing, gossip and negativity are NOT tolerated.
- Enjoys helping talking to people.
- Doesn't want to travel and prefers talking to people over the phone to schedule appointments, provide answers, etc.
- Is extremely detail oriented and appreciates people who take an organized, systematic approach to achieving success.
- Likes the idea of working for a small company where your ideas and contributions directly impact the company's success, direction, and growth.
- Is a quick, self-motivated learner and wants to work for a company that will invest in their learning and skill development.
- Wants a position that will offer upward earning and career advancement.
- Great relationship-building skills and an ability to adjust to the communication style of the prospect.
- Readiness and enthusiasm to take over additional tasks, when necessary, responsible, and proactive work ethic.
- Excellent documentation, organization skills, and phone skills.
- Strong computer skills - knowledge of Microsoft Office software; including Word, Excel, Email, Teams, and Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Number of Dials per week.
- Number of Appointments Scheduled.
This position offers an above-average base salary plus bonus. As a full-time employee, you will qualify for health insurance and a retirement plan.
