3 days onsite per week after training.

• $20.70/hr base pay + monthly commissions
• $63,000 average first‑year earnings
• Top performers earn $100,000+ annually

• Paid training (approx. 9 weeks)
• Training:
  Mon–Fri, 10:30am–7:00pm EST
• Post‑training: 40 hrs/week (M–F or Tues–Sat)
• Department hours: 8:00am–10:00pm EST

• Handle inbound sales calls from customers seeking insurance quotes
• Educate customers on coverage options and help them select the best plan
• Bind policies, generate quotes, and identify cross‑sell/upsell opportunities
• Navigate multiple systems while delivering exceptional customer service

• Converting policies and generating premium revenue
• Strong cross‑sell performance
• Meeting ramp goals: 70% in Month 1, 90% by Month 3, full targets by Month 6

• 1+ year of sales experience (retail, hospitality, real estate, mortgage, D2D, etc.)
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable with CRMs and multiple systems
• Strong communication skills and a sales‑driven mindset
• Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license (company‑sponsored)
