Responsibilities
  • Guide clients through buying and selling homes, from first meeting to closing.
  • Conduct listing presentations and open houses.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients.
  • Generate and nurture leads using our tools and training.
  • Participate in weekly coaching, team events, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
  • Active real estate license in RI and/or CT (required).
  • Full‑time commitment and willingness to be in‑office at least 3 days/week.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
  • Positive, growth‑oriented mindset.
