Client Relations Representative

We are looking for a motivated, personable, and driven individual to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities.

• Develop new business opportunities through research, networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and goals.
• Present and demonstrate products and services while highlighting their value and benefits to potential clients.
• Monitor industry trends, prospect activity, and new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client documentation.
• Work closely with internal teams and utilize a variety of marketing resources and tools to support your success.
• Participate in sales meetings, conferences, networking events, and other company events as needed.
• Represent the company professionally while promoting our products and services.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, waiting/waitressing, or a related service industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A personable and creative approach to building client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Flexible Shifts Between 9 AM-9 PM | $21 per hour
