Position: Window & Door Sales Representative
Job description
The Window & Door Sales Representative is responsible for providing customers with expert product knowledge, professional sales assistance, and exceptional customer service throughout the transaction. This position works closely with homeowners, contractors, and builders to identify their project needs, prepare accurate quotes, and coordinate orders from initial inquiry through fulfillment.

Job Specific Accountabilities:
- Assist customers in selecting windows, interior doors, exterior doors, and related products specific to their needs
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on customer needs, project specifications, product availability, and budget
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding quotes, product inquiries, and pending orders
- Understand standard and custom sizing, rough openings, handing, swing direction, jamb dimensions, and hardware requirements
- Work collaboratively with store management and other associates
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional sales area, including window and door displays
- Ensure product literature, samples, and manufacturer information remain current and readily available
- Support general retail sales and customer service functions as needed
- Follow company policies, procedures, and established safety standards

Requirements:
- 2 years of previous work experience in window and door sales, building materials, construction, or a related industry
- Strong knowledge of windows, interior and exterior doors, and related building materials
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience using a Point-of-Sale system
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic, reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to follow directions and safety procedures

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50lbs
- Ability to do basic math, read instructions and complete forms accurately.

Shift
- Day shift
- Must be able to work Saturdays
