Responsibilities
Respond to emergencies such as fire alarms and elevator problems.
Repair minor plumbing problems and unblock drains, repair beds and other mechanical equipment, replace light bulbs and batteries as needed.
Assess maintenance problems and determine when additional assistance or direction from the manager is necessary. Attend to routine heating and air condition problems throughout the Hospital.
Completes the installation of wall hung boards and assemble minor equipment within a timely manner.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications and SpecificationsA High School diploma and a minimum of one year’s job‑related experience or equivalent is required.
