We’re seeking an experienced On‑Site Manager to oversee residential and/or commercial roofing projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, crew management, and delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget.

The On‑Site Manager serves as the day‑to‑day leader in the field, coordinating crews, ensuring installations meet code and manufacturer standards, and maintaining a professional experience for homeowners, inspectors, and internal teams.

• Lead and supervise roofing crews on daily jobsite operations
• Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and state codes
• Conduct ongoing quality checks throughout each project
• Coordinate material deliveries and jobsite logistics
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, inspectors, and project managers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused jobsite
• Train and mentor crew members on safety and installation best practices
• Complete daily reports, documentation, and project updates

• 3+ years of hands‑on roofing experience
• 1+ year in a leadership, foreman, or supervisory role (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of shingle, metal, and/or flat roofing systems
• Ability to read job scopes, measurements, and work orders
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work safely at heights
• OSHA‑10 certification
