Client Manager - Accountancy Practice

We're partnering with a highly regarded and growing accountancy practice in Leamington Spa that is looking to appoint a Client Manager to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or part‑qualified accountant who enjoys building strong client relationships, developing junior team members, and working with a varied portfolio of businesses.

You’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of limited company clients across a range of sectors, acting as a trusted advisor while delivering a high standard of compliance and advisory support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing your own portfolio of clients
• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts
• Corporation tax compliance
• Producing management accounts and financial reporting
• Reviewing the work of junior team members and supporting their development
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working with cloud‑based accounting software including Xero and Quick Books

We're keen to hear from candidates who:

• Are ACA or ACCA newly qualified, or nearing qualification
• Have a minimum of 3 years' experience within an accountancy practice environment
• Possess strong technical accounting and tax knowledge
• Are confident managing client relationships independently
• Have experience using cloud accounting software such as Xero and Quick Books
• Enjoy mentoring and supporting junior colleagues

• Competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
