Accounts Administrator

Location: Warwickshire

Mac Kenzie King are working with a successful, growing business based in Woolpit who are looking for a strong, experienced Accounts Administrator to join their busy finance team. This is a hands-on, all-round role that would suit someone who enjoys working across different areas of accounts, is confident managing customer accounts, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. With the opportunity to take on more over time, this role is great for someone looking to build on their accounts experience.

Key tasks and responsibilities Maintaining and reconciling customer accounts Resolving queries with customers and internal teams Supporting purchase ledger and processing invoices Assisting with payment runs and reconciliations Providing general support across the finance function Qualifications and experience Have good all-round accounts experience with a focus on purchase ledger Be confident working in a busy, high-volume environment Have strong attention to detail Be organised, proactive and reliable Be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team To find out more about this opportunity, please contact Ben at Mac Kenzie King.
