Role DescriptionAs EA/Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in Prova’s day-to-day operations, helping us to be slick, efficient and consistent, with a keen eye on quality and the details that delight our clients. From day one you will operate at the very centre of the team, leading on key operational projects, driving the smooth running of the business and working with our teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Keyresponsibilities
- Executive assistant to the senior team
- New business administration
- Ad-hoc PA support for all members of the senior leadership team
- Administration support
- Office/facilities management
- Managing the facilities, including coordinating all maintenance, repair and renewals
- Managing and sourcing suppliers, subscriptions and business support services
- Operational support
- Supporting with the coordination of key workforce management tasks
- Facilitating meetings/visits/exchanges with our international partners in the PRN network
- IT
- Managing our relationship with outsourced IT suppliers
- Being the first point of contact for all equipment requests
The salary for this role is £32,000 per annum (pro rata, 15 hrs per week).
Hours in the office in Warwick are 9-5.30 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
