Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Introduction We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, resourceful, organised, and efficient Office Administrator to join our busy office based in Warwick. The person will be a natural analytical problem solver, predominantly, supporting processes involving invoicing, aged debtors and queries relating to these.

What You'll Do- Assist in producing and issuing invoices via Sage Core-time
- Assist in chasing aged debtors
- Assisting in resolving invoicing and aged debtor's queries received from clients
- Assist in adding new clients and projects to the Sage database
- Assist in maintaining the PO spreadsheet
- Assist in ensuring third parties' costs and invoices are managed
- Assist in organise Management meetings and refreshments as
- Assist in answering the phone, taking and passing on messages
- Assist in maintaining equipment diaries and logs
- Assist in ordering and monitoring stationery
- Assist in organising travel /training /hotels for engineers
- Assisting the engineers as required with admin tasks
- Any other tasks which may be reasonably required from time to time
