This permanent Finance Administrator role has opened up because the previous person in it was promoted internally into a senior finance position, real proof of a business that invests in its people and loves to see them grow. You'll be stepping into a busy, growing team that needs someone who'll take real ownership of queries rather than let them pile up.
You'll suit this if you're naturally curious about the "why" behind a number, not just processing what's in front of you. Confidence picking up the phone and following a query through to resolution matters more here than pure processing speed. What You Will Be Doing

• Taking ownership of incoming queries across a busy shared inbox, digging into discrepancies rather than waiting to be asked
• Investigating why something doesn't reconcile and following it through to a resolution
• Building strong working relationships with sales, project and supply teams
