This is a temporary role, offering flexibility on a variety of exciting client sites – we work with law firms, banks, media firms and multi-tenanted buildings. Whether you're looking for short-term work, ad-hoc days or to gain experience in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. The ideal candidate will have a positive and professional demeanour, be confident, friendly and have an excellent level of communication skills.

You will be able to multi-task, remain calm whilst under pressure and be super reliable and not let the team down. Duties can include:
Meeting and greeting guests with a warm, friendly attitude, ensuring they feel welcome and valued. Direct incoming calls and take messages, providing clear and helpful information. Maintain a professional and tidy reception area, managing office supplies and deliveries. Scheduling meetings, booking taxis, and providing any necessary assistance. Deliver an outstanding customer experience with your attention to detail and helpful approach.
