Automotive Service Manager | Early Finish | Family Run

Salary: £35,000 basic per annum + bonus structure

Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM |
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM (EARLY FINISH & NO WEEKENDS)

Seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager / Workshop Controller to lead our busy front-of-house and workshop operations. You will act as the crucial link between our valued customers and workshop auto technicians. Your role will focus on driving workshop efficiency, delivering transparent customer care, managing job workflow from intake to handover, and upholding our stellar reputation for quality.

• Proven experience as a Service Manager, Workshop Controller, Service Advisor, or Aftersales Manager within an automotive dealership or independent garage setting.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, servicing schedules, and repair estimation.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of high customer satisfaction and transparent advice.
• Competency with garage management software, job scheduling, and basic automotive admin processes.
• Full UK driving licence.
